Affect of colour in our life

Red

Red is called "The Great Energizer" and "The Father of Vitality." Red is warm, vital, heating. It loosens, opens up clogs, releases stiffness and constrictions. It is excellent for areas that have become stiffened or constricted.

RED is the first visible colour we see after the infra-red band is passed. Red is thermal, heating, warming, yang and positive. It has many tendencies including the promotion of cellular growth and activity, stimulating the Will aspect, corresponding to our life force, or the circulatory system. It is therefore indicated for all colds, sluggish or dormant conditions, such as pneumonia, bursitis, paralysis, arthritis, anaemia, as a liver stimulant, an energy builder, for raising the blood pressure and increasing circulation
 Red links with and stimulates the root chakra, at the base of the spine, causing the adrenal glands to release adrenalin. This results in greater strength. Red causes hemoglobin to multiply, thus increasing energy and raising body temperature. It is excellent for anemia and blood-related conditions.
RED VITALITY, COURAGE, SELF CONFIDENCE
Use when you need to meet a demanding day, or when you feel drained of energy. The colour red provides the power from the earth and gives energy on all levels. It connects us to our physical body. Everything that is to be commenced needs the life vitality of red.

Because orange is a blend of red and yellow, it combines physical energy with mental wisdom, inducing a transformation between lower physical reaction and higher mental response. Thus, it is often referred to as "The Wisdom Ray."

Green corresponds to the heart center on the physical plane and heals many illnesses of this nature, specifically including heart troubles, decreasing and stabilizing blood-pressure, ulcers, cancer, headaches, nervous disorders and influenza, and acts as a general tonic.

Helps relax muscles, nerves, and thoughts. Cleanses and balances our energy, to give a feeling of renewal, peace and harmony. Green connects us to unconditional love and is used for balancing our whole being.

More diseases are treated by blue light than by any other colour, which is not surprising considering that cosmic fire in our system is clear cold blue.
Dr. Edwin Babbitt, in his classic, "The Principles of Light and Color," states that "The Blue Ray is one of the greatest antiseptics in the world."
Blue is cooling, electric, astringent. It helps bleeding, decreases fevers, and cures soar throats. Blue can have a sedative effect, as expressed in the remark of "feeling blue." It is a very positive color, indicating loyalty and reliability, as expressed in the sentiment of being "true blue."
Blue links with and stimulates the throat chakra. The throat chakra is often referenced as the "power center" and "the greatest center in the body" because it is the primary center of expression and communication, through speech. Thus, the effect of blue upon this center and the aura, in general, is quite profound.

Just about everyone has heard of surrounding people with the "White Light of Healing and Protection." Directing white into the aura helps stimulate the person's own divine nature into healing the self.

Belajar untuk menerima kawan2 ku..

Hidup ini semakin hari semakin banyak pula dugaan. Dugaan semalam belum lagi tamat, datang pula dugaan dan cubaan pada hari ini. Namun, sebenarnya tanpa kita sedari dugaan tersebut sebenarnya telah mengajar kita. Mengajar kita erti menerima.

Setiap anak Adam di atas muka bumi ini telah ditentukan Allah ajalnya, rezekinya, jodohnya dan menjadi orang yang sengsara ataupun sebaliknya sejak azali lagi. Sebagai contoh:

Hari ini Aminah makan nasi goreng dan air laici, malamnya pula Aminah makan mee goreng dan air masak. Jadi, disinilah ketentuan Allah bahawa rezeki Aminah dari segi makanan, minuman dan sebgainya telah ditetapkan baginya.

Begitu juga rezeki dari segi Belajar. Sebagai contoh: Aminah merupakan pelajar SK Fakeh Abdul Samad, setelah itu dia melanjutkan pelajaran ke SMK Seri Mahkota. Kemudian tamat sahaja SPM, dia melanjutkan pelajaran ke Kolej Matrikulasi Negeri Sembilan dan kemudian menyambung pelajaran ke Universiti Malaysia Terengganu. Ini semua merupakan ketetapan Allah kepada setiap hambaNya. Suatu ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan sejak azali lagi.

Ketika Aminah di sekolah, matriks dan universiti banyak pula cabaran dan dugaan yang diberikan Allah sesuai dengan kesanggupannya. Segala dugaan dan cabaran yang ditempuhi haruslah diiringi dengan kesabaran dan kecekalan. Bagaimana untuk menerbitkan rasa sabar?

Rasa sabar insyaAllah dapat dilahirkan apabila seseorang itu belajar untuk menerima. Belajar untuk menerima segala ketentuan Allah. Apabila seseorang itu menerima segala dugaan Allah dengan sabar. Maka ganjaran yang besar akan diperolehi di Dunia bahkan ganjaran yang sangat besar di Akhirat.

Usahlah khuatir. Kerana Allah Maha Mengetahui apa yang terbaik buat hamba-hambaNya. Segala kesusahan yang kita hadapi moga dapat memberi suatu hasil yang lumayan di Dunia dan di Akhirat kelak.

"Bersama kesusahan ada kesenangan, Sesungguhnya bersama kesulitan ada kesenangan."(Al-Insyirah, ayat 5 dan 6)

Usaha, Doa, Tawakal dan Redha

Bagaikan suatu formula pula. Usaha + Doa + Tawakal + Redha = TENANG. Sudah pasti ketenangan dapat dihasilkan apabila menggunakan bahan-bahan seperti Usaha, tanpa usaha kita tidak mungkin berjaya (dengan izin-Nya), kerana Allah tidak menyukai hambaNya yang selalu berdoa tetapi langsung tidak berusaha, sebagai contoh:

Ali sangat lapar ketika itu, dia terus berdoa kepada Allah agar memberinya makanan. Namun begitu, dia langsung tidak berusaha untuk mendapatkan makanan.

Allah tidak akan mengubah keadaan sesuatu kaum itu melainkan dia berusaha untuk mengubahnya sendiri. Ya, USAHA!

Doa merupakan senjata orang mukmin, berdoalah dan jangan sombong! Allah tidak menyukai hambaNya yang sombong iaitu yang selepas selesai solat, langsung tidak berdoa meminta kepada Allah.

Setelah kita masukkan bahan usaha + doa, kita campurkan pula ramuan Tawakal. Tawakalbererti berserah kepada Allah.

Dan bahan yang terakhir adalah Redha, sebagai contoh apabila seseorang itu memperoleh keputusan peperiksaan yang tidak cemerlang, seharusnya dia redha, walaupun dia sudah berusaha dan berdoa sehabis mungkin. Bersangka baiklah pada Allah S.W.T. Allah S.W.T lebih mengenali diri kita berbanding, kita mengenali diri sendiri. Dia Maha Mengetahui apa yang terbaik buat hamba-hambaNya.

Maka,apabila kita redha. Bahan-bahan tersebut telah membuatkan kita mencapai tahapREDHA.

Kedatangan ramadhan yg mulia..

Kedatangan ramadhan sering kali di sambut dengan meriah oleh seluruh umat islam sedunia,tidak kira muda atau tua kesemuanya menyambut dengan penuh gembira,masjid2 dan surau mula dipenuhi oleh umat2 islam untuk beribadat padanya yg Esa.Bulan ramadhan ini begitu banyak fadhilatnya berbanding bulan-bulan yg lain,aku tidak melepaskan peluang untuk berebut melaksanakan suruhannya dengan tekun,disamping itu dalam bulan ini aku sentiasa cuba untuk perbaiki diri ini dari sehari ke sehari,aku tidak mahu menjadi manusia yg terlalu selesa dengan kehidupannya sehingga tidak berusaha untuk berubah dah memajukan diri..

Harapan aku,aku dapat menghabiskan bulan ramadhan ini dengan sempurna insyallah..wasalam
